The Ex-Smoker’s Tea Recipe

This tea can be a great tool and help you skip your morning cigarette as its taste is incompatible with the aftertaste of tobacco.

  1. A pot
  2. ½ lemon or lime (fresh juice)
  3. Your favorite cup

  5. 1 cup of water

The Recipe: Makes 1 cup

Add 1 cup of water to a pot.

Put the teaspoon of ginger in the pot.

Close the pot and simmer the ginger for 5 minutes.

Pour the ginger water into your cup.

Add the squeezed lemon juice and then add a spoon of honey.
