I am afraid/ procrastinating to start the program. What can I do?

Are you feeling too overwhelmed to start the program?

If yes, you’re not alone.

Before getting started, quitting smoking may seem like “too much.” Too much work to do and too big of a goal.

More than 2000 years ago, Lao Tzu said in the Tao Te Ching:

“The giant pine tree grows from a tiny seedling.

A tower nine stories high starts with a single brick.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

How marvelous is it that this applies to everything, even today?

Your journey to your smoke-free life starts with a single step. A single video, to be exact.

Remember, that the program can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do.

Take it one step at a time, one video at a time. You don’t have to be 100% motivated before you start.

All you need is the commitment to finish the program, do things to the best of your ability and approach your journey with curiosity.

Do that, and motivation will find you, and your fear will start turning into excitement.
