Chain-smoking or chain-vaping is just a pattern you learned over the years, and the program helps you break and unlearn this pattern day by day!
To start cutting down on your smoking without willpower, start by cutting out “the tail” ✂️ of any chain smoking or chain vaping session.
For example, if you tend to smoke 3 cigarettes in a row during a break or while having coffee, start by cutting out the third cigarette, which is the tail. When you’re feeling comfortable without that last cigarette, proceed to cut off the second one, and then the final cigarette associated with taking a break or with coffee.
Or if you tend to vape one round and then immediately after start a second vaping round, start by eliminating that second additional vaping round. (Note, a round of vaping starts the moment you pick up the vape and ends when you put it down. Each time you cut the tail, you show yourself that you don’t need that cigarette/vaping round, gain confidence, and teach yourself a new way to experience your breaks, coffee, or anything else you learned to associate with smoking!
