Do I have to hate cigarettes by the end of the program?

The program will help you overcome the mental dependence on smoking and the desire and need to smoke. You don’t have to hate cigarettes at all to be a happy non-smoker. You just need to feel it’s something you don’t want to do anymore.

The reason you may feel you love smoking or can’t ever hate is that you’re mentally addicted to it. In other words, you believe smoking benefits you in some ways. When you understand how nicotine offers you nothing and overcome the mental addiction, then you won’t love smoking anymore, but you won’t hate it either. It will be a thing your addicted self used to do.

Becoming a non-smoker is not about depriving yourself of the thing you desire or enjoy. It’s about removing that desire and choosing not to be a nicotine addict anymore.

Everyone experiences the mental freedom from smoking differently.

You may experience:

✅ An “aha” moment that makes you not want to smoke.

✅ The change is happening gradually, bit by bit.

✅ The shift as “mentally choosing to not smoke” – without willpower.
