I am too busy and too tired to watch the program every day. What can I do?

If you’re feeling too tired, you’re too busy or struggling to fit the daily tasks in, it’s definitely okay to go through the program at your own pace.

You can break down the program into smaller parts and do a little bit every day. One video is better than none. But consistency is key, so do a bit every day. This will help you re-train your brain better and have more time to apply the videos. 

You can start by spending 5 minutes of your day watching a video and progress from there.

Please keep doing your smoking notebook (Day 0 exercise) and visualization (Day 1 exercise) every day and aim to smoke the same or less than what you did the day before.

đź’ˇ If it has been more than 7 days since you’ve done the program, it would be best to start from Day 0 Video 3.
