I feel it’s weird to smoke while doing the program. Should I just quit?

It’s normal to feel guilty or weird about smoking while doing the program.

But trust the process so you can prepare well and quit on day 10.

Don’t try to quit before feeling ready just because it may be counterintuitive to smoke while doing the program.

However, if you feel ready to quit smoking before day 10, you’re welcome to do so and continue the program as a nonsmoker.
