I have a few cigarettes left. Should I buy a pack to go through the program? Or should I quit smoking after my pack is finished?

It depends on how ready you are to quit smoking.

We recommend going through the program properly so you can prepare before your quit date and succeed without using willpower or feeling deprived. 

However, if you feel ready to quit smoking, you can go through the program as a non-smoker or quit before day 10 of the program (which is usually your quit date)

How to Decide if You’re Ready to Quit Smoking

Ask yourself:

How ready do I feel to become a happy non-smoker now on a scale of 1 to 10?
1= Not at all
10= I’m excited!

If you’re at an 8 and above, you can decide to quit now. If you quit smoking/nicotine before day 10, please read this.

If you’re at a 7 or below, we recommend moving on with the program and quitting on day 10 so you can prepare better for your smoke-free life!
