If a video doesn’t load, then it’s probably due to the internet connection. Please pause the video so it can load in the beginning, and then try playing it. Alternatively, try sitting closer to your wifi router.
The program videos are uploaded in high resolution, which could be causing the video to buffer if the internet connection is not very good. You can change the quality of the video you’re streaming by clicking on the settings icon. Please see the screenshot below:
