We recommend watching the videos in the morning. But it’s absolutely fine to watch your videos at night as long as you allow 24 hours to apply the exercises of the day.
For example: If you watch Day 2 at 10 pm on Monday, you can apply the exercises of Day 2 until 9 pm or 10 pm on Tuesday. Then at 10 pm on Tuesday, you can watch Day 3 and apply the exercises of Day 3 until 10 pm on Wednesday.
And if you’re busy, you can spend 2 days on each day of the program. This will help you re-train your brain better and have more time to apply the videos.
