My video has no sound. What do I do?

The volume of the CBQ program videos can be adjusted using the settings bar on the lower corner of each video. 

Please see the screenshot below:

If you still can’t hear anything after adjusting the volume, please try the following suggestions: 

1. Check your hardware settings

Check the volume settings of your device to see if you haven’t turned the sound off. 

Alternatively, you can try playing a different video to verify if you’re only experiencing sound issues in our program. If you have no sound in general, you may have faulty hardware.

2. Check your browser settings

To check your browser settings, right-click on the tab where the program video is located. A  context menu will appear.

Click on the <Unmute Site> button to hear the audio of the program videos.

3. Try a different browser

Switch to a different internet browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
