I am smoking in the middle of the night when I wake up. Any tips?

Going through the program and doing all the exercises will help you gradually stop those cigarettes you seem to smoke “on autopilot,” like those middle-of-the-night cigarettes. 

Trust the process; the program covers everything. 

Below are some extra tips that have helped our members who used to smoke during the night when they got up to go to the bathroom etc. 

✅ Hide your cigarettes.

✅ Put them in a room you won’t visit.

✅ Have a glass of water you can drink if you feel like smoking.

✅ Cut a straw and breathe deeply through the straw as if it was a cigarette.
